Get samples. Get samples, I ordered 3 samples they arrived within 2 days. This was vital as the images on the website don't represent the products very well. I ordered some wood to use as a desk top. It arrived within 3 weeks. Packaged extremely well. Was absolutely perfect not one mark on it. Measured/cut exactly as ordered. I made a mistake when I ordered. I emailed in the evening to correct. I had a reply before 9am the following morning confirming the mistake had been corrected. No expected delivery time given emailed after a couple of weeks to check. Had a reply within 12hrs with expected date. Cons. No delivery time given. Images on website not great. Pros. Everything else.

I received the wood, very happy with it. I really enjoyed the convenience of the website and the ability to order samples. I couldn't find a stand for my videoprojector that had just the size and colour that I wanted, so I used their wood to make one. This is the first DIY project I've done and I'm very happy with the result and the cost.

Ordered wood for infill on a bathroom suite install. Wood arrived with good colour match and fitted perfectly. Delivery charge was high but can’t fault the service.

I ordered this piece online it was easy to manoeuvre the website with all of the measurements I needed to put in, the item was received in a timely manner and the company kept me updated on delivery, it was brilliantly packed and I was over the moon with the product itself , highly recommended

I wanted to build a spice rack to hang on the wall in my kitchen. I was looking for a piece of wood that was the correct dimensions and a perfect match to the wooden furniture in my kitchen. Having scoured the net, I came across Wood by Post. I was able to order exactly what I needed easily and quickly and to my great surprise at an incredibly reasonable price. Upon arrival, my order was perfect, extremely well packaged and exactly what I had hoped for. My only negative comment is the cost of shipping. It is expensive, but the parcel is courrierd next day upon manufacture of your order and it is heavy. Weighing it up. It all balances out and I'm really happy with my order and highly recommend Wood By Post.
