I initially ordered 1 sample and they kindly included an additional sample, to which I preferred over the one I selected!. The end result is great and looks of great quality and cut to the exact size I requested. Would definitely recommend- value for money.

May 18,2021From start to finish Wood By Post have it sorted. Clear and precise web site followed by excellent delivery. Bear in mind I ordered a 1.7M x 1.3M edged piece of wood, when it arrived all edges were protected by additional wood packing. Would highly recommend, Thankyou.

May 16,2021The delivery of this full order was trouble free, but I had an unhappy experience with the delivery of a sample, which I did not have an opportunity to review, before making this order, where the company displayed my mobile number on the package label, which they explained as being necessary to aide delivery - the samples are delivered by Royal Mail !!. I feel that my data was not treated correctly and I have spoken to ICO, who feel I would have a case. I am undecided at the moment whether to pursue this further with ICO/FOS. If you read this review, prior to placing an order for a sample, make sure you check with them that your mobile or landline is NOT displayed on the packaging.

May 05,2021Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size and had to add to my order which meant I did not have all the material when the workmen arrived. This was not a problem and they added additional items and sent my order promptly so as to cause as little a delay as possible. I can’t fault this company and would highly recommend.

May 03,2021Great quality wood and the turnaround time from order to delivery was very quick. The only thing that stopped it getting 5 stars was the system only lets you purchase a minimum size based on a minimum price (I think £2.50?) but I required a couple of smaller pieces. I would have happily paid a higher price for the smaller pieces but instead I had to order a few pieces too big and then cut them myself. However cutting was very easy with a circular saw and high quality masking tape to prevent splits or splinters.

May 28,2021Be very wary when ordering from these crooks - they send poor quality boards at extortionate prices, refuse returns and use threats and intimidation to stop you complaining. Avoid at all cost
