I phoned Woodhouse and they immediately agreed to refund the difference - I was expecting them to offer a voucher, but to get a no questions asked refund was great. The jacket also arrived before it was due. Great experience overall.

I am sure there was a Woodhouse store on Oxford Street in the late 1970"s where I purchased a pin striped silk suit.
