Nov 30,2022The colour of the hat I received was COMPLETELY different to the image in your advert. Not a couple of tones different but an entirely different colour (This is the taupe merino wool hat- which looks a very pale nude tone on the advert and when it arrived-is a much darker, mushroom brown colour.) Nobody from customer service replied to my e-mail about this (I sent this a few days ago, along with a photo). If the hat had been the right colour-I can see it is nice quality at least! Appreciate the prepaid returns label. Edit: Thanks for your reply. I just spoke to a very helpful customer service agent (Melissa) who assisted me. I also discovered the e-mail was not sent to the correct address, hence you didn't receive it-apologies! Have re-sent it now.
