Feb 03,2023Your parcel will always be weighed heavier which will cost you more even if you weigh it at home … it’s a DHL thing but wps are amazing at their jobs and my parcels always arrive safely …. Prices are expensive after covid

Feb 01,2023Great and prompt service. Arranged for the parcel to be picked up from home and still worked out cheaper than the document delivery service they offer in shops. Tracking service was accurate and documents got delivered before guaranteed delivery. Thanks all who are involved.

Jan 18,2023I stayed home 4 days all day (9 am - 6 pm) and on different occasions to wait for a proper pickup which never came, with no notifications, no calls, no communication - Outrageous and Thoughtless - Get Your Delivery Service Together - Truly Awful Experience - I hope this will prompt you to try better in the future with all your customers - I ended up using another company and courier in the end - What a terrible waste of a person's time and courtesy - Horrible Experience - and I will Never even consider using or recommending you.. EVER !

Jan 10,2023MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN WITH WPS SINCE DECEMBER 10TH TODAY IS NOW JANUARY 9TH AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE GOT CHARGED OVER $2,700 IN HIDDEN FEES THAT THEY DIDNT MENTION BEFOREHAND..SO IM CURRENTLY OUT OF ALMOST 3 GRAND ON TOP OF NOT GETTING MY PACKAGE DELIEVERED..CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER WRITES BACK ONLY WHEN ITS TIME TO TAKE MY MONEY AND THEN THEY GO GHOST AGAIN PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY..

Dec 14,2022Arrangements went well - easy to understand and good value for money. My only caveat is that it would have been really useful to have a more exact estimate for when my parcel would be picked up rather than having to wait in all day for the collection. 2 hour slots would be perfect but even just specifying morning or afternoon would have been better.
