I’m speechless. Had my tv delivered from the uk to Spain. I was given an arrival date and delivery timeframe and no problems at all. I tried using a different parcel company and it was just a scam. This is a very reliable service. Lots of information beforehand, tracking and customs fees explained. My tv arrived in perfect condition. I recommend this service a 100 percent.

I used worldwide parcel services for the first time to send a large 1 metre canvas painting from the UK to the USA. I was very nervous such a large and delicate package would arrive undamaged especially as I realised after I sent it I forgot to bubble wrap it! I was incredibly relieved to say it arrived in perfect condition and on time. My entire experience from booking, pick up, tracking to drop off was great. I will only be using this company in the future.

My parcel did not arrive on time and when i checked the tracking portal there were no updates on the status of the parcel. Parcel2Go then just became an inconvenient layer between myself and TNT that was not able to give any help.

Checking the receipts and it took too long to complete the customs checking. The parcel did not reach until 10 days later and it was missing the time which was supposed to reach to my grandmother. It is very expensive for paying the parcel to be delivered and missing the collection time. It is not worth the money I paid.

I completed a list of goods to send to Spain. I confirmed all goods being sent was for my personal use. The office staff checked the list and confirmed all items are OK to send.The parcels were collected ready to be transported by the carrier. Then I received email Spain could not accept the consignment. All because the staff did not understand what was allowed to be sent.I ended up making 10 expensive calls to Spain to clarify what the issue was only to find they wanted an additional €22 for admin costs. Out of the 3 parcels only 2 were allowed due to 2 small spice jars that were not allowed with Customs.The staff did not know the 2 jars were not permitted which resulted in all the contents of that box had to be stopped. Shambles and a lot of stress to me. In my opinion staff should be fully knowledgeable about the rules and should have picked up and advised accordingly.

I was looking for an affordable way of getting a corner cupboard from UK to Mallorca and came upon this company. Thr whole process was very straightforward and efficient and the parcel arrived safely at its destination 10 days after it was picked up. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that there was no indication that the price of delivery would increase because the destination was Mallorca rather than mainland Spain until right at the end of the process. It would be better if they had a separate zone for the Balearics as they do for the Canary Islands at the point at which you enter the destination country into the quotation form.

Such a great delivery company! Tried so many other couriers to try get delivery from UK to a Hawaiian post office box and this company was the only one who was able to complete the delivery for me!! So happy I heard about them! Thanks Worldwide Parcel Service!

Sender's end, the service was excellent and quick. Receiver's end (Madrid, Spain), there was a delay in the delivery of the second of two parcels. There as a fair amount of damage to some of the goods, despite careful packaging, probably due to careless handling by airport staff. Customs papers and payments (due to Brexit) at the receiving (Spanish) end caused some delay and confusion for both customer and WPS, but again WPS staff were as helpful as they could be in the circumstances.
