I have only used Worldwide Parcels a few times, but every time the service was impeccable. I once decided to cut my costs slightly (a big mistake) and used the tracked service offered by the Royal Mail - my documents that were sent to Croatia in August and, to-date, have still not arrived (8 weeks later) and I cant get my money back as they say it is Croatia Post who lost / did not deliver! So Worldwide offer an end-to-end managed service which just delivers!

this is the first time I have shipped a parcel to New Zealand via world wide parcel services. From the moment the parcel was collected by a charmng man who called at the door I felt confident that my parcel was in safe hands. I was able to track it right accross the world to New Zealand to the moment a week later that it was delivered to my daughter. should the need arise I will most definately use this company again, This was a very personal package and and I cannot thank them enough for the way in which they transported it across the world

Parcel arranged for collection on day 1. No collection. I was told that collection was attempted which was a complete lie as I was at home all day plus I have security cameras that proved no attempt was made. Collection then arranged for day 2 - and once again no collection attempt made So I had 2 days of wasted time and lost wages with no recourse to any form of compensation. Shocking service.

Great Service and good price! I needed to send something to my son in Australia urgently. The item was collected mid afternoon (UK time) on a Friday and delivered before 9.00 a.m. (Australian time) on Tuesday! Able to track the item from collection to delivery.WPS_

Needed to send documents to Vietnam and I had the full address and postal code for the area. Unfortunately they were unable to book the delivery as their system requires input of the local commune area. The local people don't even know this, neither does the Vietnam Embassy. So I had to cancel, but they did refund my booking fee

Great and speedy service UK to Australia with the exception of a 3 day delay at Heathrow. I was very happy with the days to my door. I was also very happy with the cost, Only criticism I can make was a lack of notification of the holdup. All in all well done WPS.

Excellent service. From the very pleasant driver to the parcel being delivered to my daughter in Dubai.Surprised at the speed from pick up to delivery. This is the second time I’ve used WPC . Will be using them again and will recommend to friends.

I have been waiting for a month and my express parcel is stil not delivered. I have contacted the service support with no reply. This is the worst courier service. I will advise you to use not to use this courier company if you send anything abroad.

I have used this service a few times and have had a couple of issues where the measurements I have sent have been challenged by a third party. I had taken photographs of the measurements but they keep moving the goal posts and say the photograph has to show someone holding the tape measure for it to be official. I asked to see the measurements the third party stated with the same criteria but was refused. I am not sure I would use them again. The positive is the delivery time and it can be collected from home. The only thing I can think of to make any difference is to add extra cms to the parcel size but this would mean additional cost and not sure I should have to do this.

My parcel was sent from UK to Cambodia only took.one week amazing only one thing that could be better is a text from the drive to pick would be good. Time morning or afternoon would help Great service will use again

Another great delivery from WPS - UK to New Zealand in only 6 days! They provide such a great service which can be tracked all the way once the parcel has been picked up. I highly recommend WPS, their service is so easy, their prices are great, this is the third parcel that I've sent and has arrived in NZ without a hitch, so will always use WPS - thank you!

I booked for a parcle to be delivered to England for collection on the 9.9.2021, which was carried out smoothly, and it was a 24 hours delivery due to be delivered on the 10.9.2021. Upon checking the tracking the following day, it said there was a delay, without explanation why, then the following day it said the following : "Your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area Your estimated delivery date is now Sunday the 12th September* *This date is dependent on conditions improving and may change. Please check here for regular updates." It never mention what is this "Unexpected Issue", and what are those "conditions" that need to be "Improved"; Sounds dodgy as hell to me. In both times the company didn't even try to reply to my messages to them rough paypal, i can prove everything i said. The sender confirmed to me there is no problem in their area that would cause such a delay. Horrible service by this company.
