Excellent parcel service, ultimately carried by DHL. Very cost effective and commercially more competitive that Royal Mail or a like for like courier services such as UPS !

My son' personal goods (5 year old bike) were sent to Spain an item which should never have been subject to import duty. This was made clear on the declaration which was sent via WPS through DHL service. Spanish customs insisted on charging DUTY and VAT and Handling charge based on the insurance value (£400) . These charges were disputed by the consignee (my son in Spain) who explained that they were his personal items. (this extra charge was over €100) Meanwhile DHL took it upon them selves to send the goods back to the UK while we were trying to resolve the issue -without consulting either the sender of the consignee. DHL UK then demanded £102 UK customs charges for the goods to be returned back to me (less than 2 weeks after sending them). All WPS did saywhen i eventually got them by phone (on very restricted office hours) was that all was explained in the small print of their terms and conditions on their website. Conclusion - Brexit deal UK negotiated imposes punitive charges which makes sending goods into the EU prohibitively expansive. WPS dont explain this properly to UK customers - the goods were personal items and should never been subject to duty - WPS did nothing to help me . BEWARE of expensive hidden costs when sending good into the EU from the UK. I am £185 out of pocket just for the privilege of getting my original shipment sent back to me !!

Very pleased with this parcel delivery service. It was much less expensive than sending via Royal Mail. We were able to track it from the UK, through every stage, until it reached its destination in Brisbane Australia 7 days later.

When my parcel arrived at the destination the placemats were smashed to pieces although it had fragile on the box so a little disappointed.

Shipped from UK to Switzerland, picked up from the house and all booking, packing details and paperwork able to be completed on line with label printing done from printer on the desk. Best price and service.
