Dec 17,2021The gates I ordered from Wortley Brothers arrived on the date they were promised at the time they were promised and look superb quality. I haven't erected them yet - that will have to wait for the new year, but you can see and feel the attention to detail. There are no rough edges or cracked boards, and everything is well finished and smooth. All in all, I am very happy and would not hesitate to recommend Wortley Brothers.

Dec 17,2021The gate arrived on schedule and the delivery driver was helpful. The gate is sturdy and well made, has a nice finish, a gate to be proud of. I recommend you purchase if looking for a nice gate, a recommendation I rarely give but am happy to do so on this occasion.

Dec 17,2021I was a little disappointed when I received my gates they were delivered late just left propped up against the side of my driveway which if wind has caught them would’ve fell onto my car the posts were only 11 inches longer than the gates and when I rang up to ask why they told me to add onto the post or sprag it from the side will not be using these again

Dec 16,2021Couldn't have had a better experience with our large, bespoke, wooden gates, having been messed around by alternative suppliers previously The telephone was answered timely and questions were fielded well before ordering. Order process was simple (watch out for the VAT, which is only added to your total at the very end of the checkout process on the site) Communication about the delivery managed our expectations clearly and aftersales support with their partners for hanging was readily forthcoming The gates themselves are just superb. Solid, very well constructed, great finish and we were very relieved when the quality actually surpassed our wishes Delivery was on-time, friendly and handled with care. We got the product we wanted and the service you would expect with such a high-price item. We even made a bespoke request re dimensions which are 'exactly' as per that request, which is far superior to the level of competency we have been used to for property improvement services recently I have other properties and, after this experience, will be using Wortley Bros. again without even entertaining the ides of speaking to other suppliers

Dec 15,2021Exceptional well made garden gate. I went for the hardwood iroko, the gate feels very sturdy and made to last. Delivery was on time and I was kept informed. Delivery Driver was very helpful and polite. The whole experience has been very professional and I would be happy to recommend Wortley Brothers.
