May 17,2021Initially I wrote a 5 star review because the gate and panel I bought were perfect and accurate and quality. That was before I had time to fit the gate latch. Unfortunately, the management of this company totally undermine the quality work of their employees by sourcing utterly rubbish quality gate furniture so badly made it will not actually fit or work. Disappointing.

May 16,2021Gates appear well made and look really good at the entrance to our drive. They arrived on the date and time given and the delivery driver was very helpful and courteous and left then where we wanted. All in all an excellent product and excellent customer service

May 14,2021I needed some new double driveway gates. I looked at several companies on line + a local company. Wortley brothers had a lovely selection, looked well made, had very good reviews and to top it all, their prices beat everyone else's. I ordered the Suffolk Omega gates + stain and ironmongery and was told that delivery would be approximately 8 weeks. As I was going to be away they very kindly arranged a day to suit me. I was given an approximate time several days in advance which was regularly updated on the day until I could see the van approaching on my phone- brilliant! The van driver was super nice and helpful. The gates are superb, so well made and solid and look fantastic. My joiner builder friend who is a perfectionist was well impressed!!

The advice about the ironmongery to use was immediately provided on enquiry and the relevant parts set out promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. If you want a beautiful, well made product, they have it.

May 14,2021Wow, amazing from start to finish! I ordered a bespoke size gate and Wortleybrothers phoned me straight after I placed the order on the internet to offer me a close variant in size that they had in stock and that would have been cheaper. I needed a bespoke size but it was a nice level of customer service. Then the gate came - amazing level of quality. Never seen a gate as lush as this. The carpenter I had install it said he’s posted it on Facebook and had 12000 views on it and lots of questions... it really is THAT good. So happy, thanks so much.
