Although the purchase transaction was smooth and customer service was very helpful, delivery was very poor. TV had not been delivered 15-days after pick-up. When I called customer service about it they said there was nothing they could do.
I discovered iElectrica through online order at NewE**. Ordered a 65" OLED TV at great price. First experience with a new vendor had been an anxious experience that turned out very well. The order was uneventful and the delivery was prompt. The 65" TV was in brand new, perfect conditiion, registered for warranty on the manufacture's website. I appreciate the interaction with David at iElectrica who was professional, contacting me for extended warranty which I didn't purchase. One note for improvement was in the communication of the shipping. I didn't receive a notice of the shipping for several days. When contacted, I was informed that iElectrica order was shipped the very next day the order was received. It was true because I found the shipment had arrived at the local warehouse waiting for delivery. It is followed by failure of the shipper who didn't contact me for 3 days.(over the weekend.) I had to initiate the contact to arrange for delivery. The delivery was without any incident. The package was intact. The workers were nice and accommodating even though they apparently are not specialized in delivering high end TVs. I had to request to check the TV functionality before they left. Overall, I am happy with this online purchase. I would do business with iElectrica again based on my first transaction. The price is unbeatable.
Sent the wrong item to the billing address rather than shipping address and then sent me to voice mails and didn't respond to emails when I tried to get the error fixed. I think it was some sort of scheme, when I told them that fedex had the package at 1 lb (suppose to be a 55 inch tb) they said all orders are sent to their warehouse at 1 lb. It was sketchy, id just avoid this company
The actual ordering process was thorough and easy. My sales rep answered all my questions and was very helpful. Would gladly given 5 stars for my time on the site & talking with customer service. However, it’s been two weeks since my order was placed & I have still not received the TV I purchased. Shipping is contracted out to a trucking company in NJ and feel like 2 weeks is a long time to get to VA along with an added $200 shipping insurance required by the shipping company. Tracking shows it’s still “In Transit”. I would like to hope I can watch the Super Bowl on my TV in February of 2019, so time will tell. Kinda sours the “Free Shipping” as advertised on the site.
The price was decent. The product was OK. Shipment preparation was quick. However... Their contract shipping company was very slow and lack of business integrity.
Had no issues, got a great price and with that kind of price & free shipping I didn't mind waiting a little longer to get me TV.
I was skeptical at first since their price was so good, but my fears abated once my beautiful new 65" OLED TV arrived. They called in advance to offer me an extended warranty, which I declined. They were not high pressure at all and the gentleman was very nice.
This company was terrific to work with. I was able to speak with Shawn and others who are part of the company over the phone for all my questions. They were always polite and provided excellent service. I received my TV in perfect condition and in within an appropriate timeline. They arranged a great shipping service for this TV as well. I would not hesitate to purchase again from them in the future.
Great deal on OLED TV. Delivery details were poor, but then I discovered that the shipping company they used (AM Trucking) had their own tracking website and that one was fairly accurate. Shipping company called day before delivery and 30mins before actual arrival. Overall process was quick enough for me - got the TV just one week after ordering. Would recommend to others .
iElectrica is awesome! Fast response time and prices that cannot be beat from what I can see. The freight company they used went above and beyond to get the TV to me on time for a birthday present. The driver delivered this past Saturday morning and helped me get it inside. We unboxed it and fired it up so they could make sure we were satisfied.. Great company to deal with!
I ordered a tv from ielectrica for a marginally less expensive price than I could have gotten at Best Buy. I figured, what the heck, the reviews seem legit. However the experience has proved less tha savory and I haven’t received the tv in 3 weeks. They partner with a delivery service provider that gives less than 24 hours notice of delivery, sometimes 15 hours. For those of us that are professionals we cannot cancel meetings or conferences on a whim. When I called ielectrica to ask for help I got an assurance that they would help and get me enough time to plan and a promise for a call back. I got neither. I am now in the struggle to get a return as they say they cannot so I have to dispute it on my credit card which is a hassle. Think twice about the headache and hassle that you will get over saving a trivial amount of money.
Great prices. Product arrived safe and was unboxed and setup for me to validate its arrival condition. Overall a great experience.

There was a small problem with my credit card vendor flagging the sale as possible fraud; however, ielectrica was able to sort it out near immediately. The product was delivered quickly thereafter.
I did not get my confirmation email or tracking number, so I was worried a little bit. I called but my tv came the next day about a week from the day I ordered it. Order tv through the internet is a hit or miss experience but I am pretty happy with this company.
Fantastic experience, TV was as expected and delivery was much faster than expected.
IElectrica had the best price on the LG OLED 65” TV I was looking for. In fact I saved enough that chose to also get the extended warranty. The delivery company was also good, no damage at all to the box or contents.
