Jan 30,2019Great price, bad delivery partner. IElectrica offers very competitive prices on latest model televisions. I got my Samsung at a great price and the tv is awesome. But what a hassle to get it. iElectrica partners with AM Trucking and they absolutely $uck!!! It took them more than 1 month to pick up my tv in California and deliver it to NYC. The list of excuses was endless and not worth listing. I noted some complaints to the same effect before purchasing but hoped I wouldn’t fall victim to the same treatment. So caveat emptor!! If you have the patience to put up with the delivery BS, you will (eventually) get a great tv at a great price.

Jan 30,2019Recieved tv in a open box, the tv had lines running across the top of screen and a crack in the lens of the one connect box. The tv was delivered once to may neighbors home but thy could not get the tv to turn on , the delivery personal did not know how to operate the one connect box , so it was sent back , then re-delivered again, with defects and open box . I contacted the company to pick up tv , when the men arrived they could not get tv to turn on my wife had to ask them if the used the remote control . Then they confirmed the defect in the tv screen and took back , its now been over three weeks and I still have not received a refund.

Jan 30,2019Purchased a new 65" Samsung LED TV on eBay. Delivery of the TV was delayed for 2 weeks. My building in Manhattan requires proof of insurance, which iElectrica's shipping company required me to pay $130 to obtain (I have never been charged by another company for this). The TV that was delivered was defective (confirmed by Samsung technical support) and rejected - in response, iElectrica stated there was no defect (stating that Samsung tech support did not know what they were doing), that I could either accept it or it would take ANOTHER TWO WEEKS to receive a replacement (yikes). It took another week+ to process my refund, and while they had initially agreed to split the cost of the insurance with me, they ended up not reimbursing me at all. So over a month later, I'm now out $130 and had to buy my TV elsewhere. The most interesting part of this ordeal is that I had left a negative review on eBay (which caused them to reach back out and offer me the reimbursement again, after initially refusing), but they somehow were able to have eBay remove my review (after which I have not heard back again about the refund, surprise surprise). Spoke with eBay and they admitted it was an error and have flagged the account. TLDR - Tried to buy a TV from them, now I have no TV and am out $130.
