Jan 15,2019My 75" QLED Q8 is a work of art, absolutely beautiful picture and most importantly I saved $600 compared to Amazon!!! But, I only gave 4 stars due to it taking ONE MONTH to arrive! I initially ordered the 82" Q6 on Ebay, That night I decided to spend a little more and upgrade to the Q8, but come down in size a little so I called them directly and changed the order without a problem. He said they are out of Florida but have shipping locations across the U.S. Well I live in Minnesota and my TV shipped from California and took 30 days to arrive. Also, the tracking system for AM Trucking is very, very vague. Updating roughly every 10 days and only stating picked up 6:00pm, in transit 12:00 am, out for delivery 6:00 am. But it arrived in perfect condition, works great, and I saved big money.

Their web order confirmation process is not seamless (requires a 2 step - you place the order and they have to get back with you to confirm - usually the next day) - but once you get to customer service / tech support, they are super knowledgeable and very helpful. I worked with Shawn (spelling?) - he went out of his way to help me secure my order and get it shipped. Very patient, helpful - and very professional. Give him a raise! :) Vali

AM Trucking delivered within five working days and the crew (Ceaser & Kiki) did a great job late at night (10PM on a Saturday night) inboxing and testing to ensure it worked and was up to speed. I will set it up tomorrow after it has a chance to climatize (35 degrees out side air temp). The price was $1900, quite the discount when most (Amazon) are asking $2500 for this years (2018) model.
