Nov 14,2013fist class tool at a very good price ,shame about the carrier , supposed to deliver on a Thursday be tween 11.45 and 1245, but buy 6.00 pm no show and no phone call , checked the carriers web site said they were running late but no apology . checked web site the following day found that date and time had been changed didn't make the time so another day wasted waiting for them , so folks if your delivery firm is parcel line be warned they are rubbish .

Aug 07,2013Overall, I was pleased with the products when I received them. But my one criticism was that on opening the box the workbench box was contained in I found the silverline box full of holes and the plastic bag split in several places and some of the washers,bolts in the main packaging box, plus some paint chips on the workbench frame. Not worth returning as I found all the washers and bolts.

Feb 10,2014Good quality drills although battery Life is poor. Accessory box parts cheap as a few have already broken, however were thrown in as a freeby so can't moan. Order came quickly once purchased and well packaged.
