Oct 23,2023After having a "never knowingly undersold" company refuse to carry the mattresses upstairs Warren Evans were a delight. This included: - responding to a request for an earlier delivery by moving it a week earlier - staff on time and all positive attitude - job done quickly and tidy - lovely product. Highly recommend

Oct 23,2023The customer service is second to none! The website was easy to navigate, the product is absolutely amazing but the staff in this small family-run business were of the highest calibre. I was contacted by phone by Gul to go over the details of the order before it was made and shipped, which is unusual and outstanding. I would recommend this company extremely highly.

Oct 03,2023I bought the Organic 6000 mattress as I wanted a firm mattress for my back issues. During the 10 week sleep trial I didn’t feel 100% comfortable with the firm mattress so exchanged for the medium firm Organic 5000. The new mattress is just right for me and I have never slept better nor felt so comfortable. Warren Evans exchanged the mattress with no fuss and this level of customer service is not something you find anywhere else. The quality of the mattress is on a par with far more expensive makes. The natural materials and cotton exterior hard to find other than at at least double the price elsewhere. Amazing mattress and company.

My folks both purchased theirs from Warren Evan's over 10 yrs ago and cant fault them.
