Oct 21,2017Great company to deal with. I found the staff in the Brighton very helpful and friendly. I was given really good advice. Josh, the salesperson with whom I dealt was incredibly patient with all my questions and in understanding my needs. The bed and mattress which I bought turned out to be unsuitable when I slept on it and the manager, Rosie, agreed to swap it for another, more suitable bed. The whole exchange was hassle free. Would not hesitate to shop there again.

I was kept informed the whole time from the order being placed, the drivers phoned me on the day to let me know when they would be arriving and assembled the bed so swiftly I didn't even have time to boil the kettle! Oct 19,2017Superb service. From placing order to delivery within 5 days. Drivers advised when en route and estimated time of arrival. When they arrived were courteous and respectful and assembled beautiful bed frame which looked just like the pictures, within 5 minutes. Took packaging rubbish away with them. For sure will buy beds from this company. I thought good value for money particularly as bought in the sale.

Oct 19,2017This company deserves a gold award for customer service. Firstly I was quoted a price for a bed frame and mattress, and the sale price was honoured for 30 days even though the sale had ended when I made the choice. When the bed was delivered I realised the mattress had no handles and I had great difficulty lifting it from the bed frame to put on the sheets - I hadn't noticed in the showroom that this mattress came without handles. Warren Evans put in a special order and in a few weeks the mattress was exchanged for one exactly the same but with handles. There was no charge, even though the original mattress had been used, as I had guests and there was no alternative but to use it. This was the best service one could have hoped for and everyone I spoke to at the Brighton shop was helpful and friendly. Thanks very much, Marion/Brighton

Oct 19,2017This is the first time we had used Warren Evans and are more than impressed. We chose the Melbourne from the website and are so happy with it. We had to change the delivery date and the customer service on the phone was great. We were kept informed on the delivery time. When the bed arrived the two guys were wonderful; really polite and helpful. They put together the bed (up three flights of stairs) and took the time to explain how it was put together and made sure we were happy with it before they left. The bed is so stylish and really well made. I would 100% use them again - fab service, thank you!

Oct 19,2017An excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable staff. The beds are really comfortable at a great price, would always recommend them. Its easy as they put the bed up for you and ours was up 6 flights of stairs to an attic room and nothing phased them. This is the second bed we have bought from them (in different rooms we didn't replace one!) Just sad they aren't nationwide so my parents and others can use them!

Oct 18,2017I bought a single Angelic sprung mattress. Communication with Warren Evans was excellent and I was informed of the delivery time with a phone call an hour before the delivery.This was very helpful. The mattress was divine from the first night and my sleep improved significantly. Unfortunately, I did not know that this was the heaviest mattress sold by warren Evans ( 37kg for a single) as this information was not on the website. This mattress requires regular turning. I was unable to lift and manoeuvre the mattress and so had to return it. I was very disappointed to have to do so as it was a supremely comfortable and high quality mattress. So I would advise any customer to make sure they know the full weight of the sprung mattresses as they can be very heavy ! Also, I would urge Warren Evans to include the weight of each mattress on the website.

Oct 18,2017Purchased a new mattress, storage unit, under bed drawer and drawer runners for existing drawer. After much debating delivery dates and times, fitters arrived. Paid for installation of new drawer to avoid affecting warranty. New drawer fitted. But would not agree to fix runners to existing drawer. Had to fix existing drawer myself only to discover that the rail under the bed fitted by Warren Evans was out of alignment and had to be moved. Total incompetence by Warren Evans particularly given all the fuss made about warranty requirements. Disappointing service and attention to detail. Unlikely to use them again.
