The reassurance of personal phone calls, speedy email responses and of course their knowledge and advice, was invaluable. We needed a customised size and height bed and mattress, and they listened and it all came together. The delivery team were great too: prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. The company staff are a real team, nothing too much trouble. Now recommended to another relative who has ordered a bed with them! Thank you all for your excellent service.

Jun 11,2023I've been delighted with the two Warren Evans beds I've bought previously, and this week I went back to their impressive showroom in North London to choose a different size bed + mattress. They have an excellent range of beds, headboards, etc in attractive stylish designs. All handmade to a very high standard from top quality wood. The friendly and informative sales team were very helpful explaining the various advantages of the different bedframes and mattresses, and it was great to be able to test and compare the different mattresses for comfort. The ordering process, plus arrangements for delivery were very straightforward, and I look forward to the arrival of my new bed! Many thanks to all at Warren Evans for all your help and advice. Diana

Jun 06,2023I'm a repeat customer, who needed to get a larger bed and of course, I went straight to Warren Evans.com. Along with the bed frame I purchased a mattress. Delivery was on time, delivery men were polite and lovely. They assembled the bed quickly, The only fault after they left I noticed a sequence from the mattress on my floor and noticed it came from the mattress, don't know how they managed to pull it out! I only hope it won't affect the quality of the mattress at any point. Apart from that I love my new bed. ***Update*** WarrenEvans customer service ( Merve ) has been amazing, after contacting them and providing photos due to my concerns regarding my mattress, I was then provided with a brand new mattress. I'm now comfortable and pleased with my new mattress and appreciate Merve's assistance through it all. Thanks, WarrenEvans and team. 💫 💫💫💫💫

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant talked me through all the options and when I phoned the next day to check something an equally helpful person dealt with my questions.

Fantastic product and service. The sleep experience is superior than my old bed base. Just changing the frame on our existing mattress. It’s much better.

I absolutely love my new mattress & my daughter loves that my old one (10 yrs) is now on her bed. They don't deliver to my neck of the woods but were super helpful re:arranging delivery & gave me a discount

Apr 13,2023This is just the sales experience as the mattress hasn't been delivered yet. First we had a video meeting with Gul that went very well and I was then able to confirm a visit to the north London showroom to try the mattresses out. There I met Dawid who was most helpful and I was able to compare the Cotton 1500 with the Organic 5000. Although the isolation was better on the 5000 it was a heavy mattress and so I decided on the Cotton 1500 as an excellent compromise, with isolation that is still very good. Dawid was most helpful throughout and we were able to complete the sales process and confirm the delivery date. We are very much looking forward to our new mattress!

Apr 03,2023I was delighted to find that Warren Evans had reopened - I had bought beds and mattresses from them in the past and the quality was fantastic. I love the ethos of this company and how they provide a free recycling service for old beds and mattresses and include delivery and assembly charges in your purchase. For my recent purchase I was served by Gul who was incredibly helpful from my initial phone enquiry through to my showroom visit to choose my bed & mattress. The company have added some great new bed styles & I chose a platform bed with retro legs which was exactly what I was after. Well done Warren Evans!

The use of natural materials and no plastic in mattress production is so important, and Warren Evans seem to be the only UK mattress company with environmental, ecological and humanitarian values. The bed will last a lifetime, and I feel cosy and comfortable with it, even more so knowing that it's been made without harmful materials. The company, and all the staff, including the drivers and delivery guys, bend over backwards to to help and to be careful that everything is just was I wanted. If I could give more than 5* I would.
