Mar 26,2023I finally slept more than 5 hours, thanks to this mattress!! I've had awful sleep for most of my life and it got slightly worse after I meet my partner as she loves to do what we call “bedroom gymnastics” in her sleep. I was recommended an Evans mattress by a friend and I have never slept so well !!! I can't even feel my partner triple jump in the middle of the night !!! The experience of buying was super simple and all the people we talked to were great. A big thank you to Merve who helped us arrange things and to Cagri and Michael who delivered it to our flat.

I have been ordering from this company now for over 15 years and every step of the way, advice before ordering, the ordering process, delivery , assembly and of course the quality of the products they deliver they do provide a truly exceptional service . Their customer service is second to none. They go above and beyond to support you. I am 56 years old now and can confidently say that I have never experienced a more excellent service and such top quality products from another company in my life. If you want beautiful long lasting excellently made beds and mattress's and excellent customer service from start to finish you can count on warren evans, they wont let you down. Time has been testimony of that for me. If only all companies were like Warren evans !

Mar 17,2023Last minute order needed very soon to an area that they don't deliver to (South Yorkshire). Customer services team worked quickly to arrange for the mattress to be made to order in time for collection by courier. They communicated with me and the courier brilliantly and the mattress was collected and delivered on time. The mattress itself is excellent. I have ordered 3 in the last 5 years for different beds in the house, 1 single and 2 doubles and they are all going strong. Will always buy mattresses from Warren Evans if they keep the quality at this level.

Mar 06,2023It is a dream to lie on my wonderful new mattress. There isn't a more comfortable thing. It is firm but softly padded with layers of nothing synthetic, covered with lovely cotton and beautifully made. It's been fun choosing and their North London show room is well worth a visit, not only for the beds but also for the expert advice from the very friendly team. All our needs were accommodated and it was easy to arrange delivery.

I didn't realise mattresses and frames were so complex! I love that this small business is eco-friendly and that they offer to recycle your old mattress!

This is our third bed in 15 years from Warren Evans. Look forward to taking delivery in a couple of weeks. Highly Recommended.

They explained differences/tradeoffs involved, and highlighted features that made me appreciate the product even more (e.g. natural materials). Excellent experience with delivery - the team checked the route and parking beforehand, gave reliable arrival estimates, then delivered and unpacked the mattress. 5/5 stars service end-to-end.

Feb 15,2023Very welcoming, especially with our dog (even dog treats and toys) ! Trying out mattresses, parking and explaining different types of mattresses how they help you sleep comfortably especially around your needs. E.g if you suffer with being to hot or arthritis. Great choice of colours for wood and headboard style. Delivery is quite quick and the product is brought to your bedroom and assembled for you which is an amazing service. I cannot wait to go to sleep and not get up! Andrea. Daughter and dog are not allowed on this bed.

Mar 31,2023This company is fantastic! 25 years ago we brought bed and mattress. Bed is still going strong and mattress was okay even after 25 years but it was time to change it. The replacement was equally high quality, excellent materials, sustainability and service ans well ans full recycling of the old mattress ant no charge. Marcin was a pleasure to communicate and deal with and I would not use any other company in the future.
