Apr 16,2020After trying and returning a 'bed in a box' mattress (not of course from Warren Evans) decided to go back to a traditional mattress. Visited the workshop in North London where one is invited to ask questions and try out the mattresses. All very friendly and helpful. Delivery was swift and the double mattress was cheerfully carried up the stairs to the third floor and unpacked. The mattress is extremely comfortable and I am very pleased with the purchase.

Feb 04,2020I tried Simba - on recommendation of several friends who are happy customers - but it gave me a lot of back pain. I returned it and tried Warren Evans and it's excellent. Highly recommended!

Jan 03,2020I bought my first mattress, bed base and a sofa bed from Warren Evans when father and son worked fROm the lovely workshop in Kings Cross, London. That was in 1984! More recently I bought the Windsor double mattress in the sale. It's made of wool, and unfortunately my body heats up a lot at night, and so this mattress, while being very well made and comfy, is too warm. I trust the honesty, generous sale reductions, plus the 40 day free trail and return Warren Evans offers. The staff are patient, helpful and kind. As are the delivery men, who, after taking the wrapping off, folded it neatly for me to re-use when i move home.

Jul 22,2018It's not possible to return a bedframe you decide you do not like. Warren Evans can and will keep hundreds of pounds of your money. Read the small print or, better still, shop elsewhere.

May 30,2018When you want to buy something in the store staff i really help full and pleased to serve you but when it comes to the warranty they not so great... I've spend over £3000 in one of the showrooms based in Enfield. One of the things i bought from them was a bad that including mattress cost around £2500 when just under one year from the moment of my purchase paint start pealing off the bad i rang the store and they gave me plenty of excuses and explanations what could have happen and the only thing that i was offered was a can of paint that i was told to pick up from store and paint the bad frame myself really disappointing

May 19,2018Purchase was smooth and easy. Customer service great. Delivery was a breath of fresh air, two gentleman arrived and put shoe covers on without being asked. They put it up in record time and were polite and cheery. Bed itself is gorgeous. Quality is solid and amazing value I believe our bed was under £800 for a superking ottoman- storage is loads and WE were the only place I could find an ottoman on legs (I hate the chunky straight to the floor luck of typical ottomans) well worth the delivery wait!!

Mar 19,2018Everything was so easy and satisfying about our experience: super friendly staff in the shop, great service on the phone, good coordination on the delivery, assembly team were quick and the final product is very nice. Only suggestion is that varnish could be used on the inside of the under-bed drawers, too. Totally recommend!

Mar 18,2018As I was moving house, I was able to place an order at a special offer price. It turned out that I didn't need it delivered for almost a year! I got helpful, periodic prompts about my order. When I needed to finalise the order, it was straightforward and simple. The guys who did the delivery - in bad rain - were professional and courteous. What I ordered was delivered and assembled corretly. I had a Warren Evans bed before, so I expected it would be of good quality and comfortable - and it is!

Mar 14,2018Buying the bed was great but delivery and installation aweful. I was told it would be delivered anytime on a certain week. When i was given a day on that week it would cost me to move it. Never known a company with a delivery week slot. Crazy. Then when they made the bedin my new loft room they left nail holes in the new real woods floor. They had used my new floor as a work station and just nailed straight into it. Aweful experience.

The assistants in the St. Albans store couldn't be more helpful and are a pleasure to deal with. This is a company which offers top quality furniture at an affordable price, excellent staff and delivery service. You can have confidence in this company.
