Feb 14,2018Whole experience has been excellent. Was well looked after in store, kept up to date with my order, delivery team we great and the bed is fantastic. Really pleased with it all and we know we have 100 days to test out the mattress as well. Very happy customer.

Feb 14,2018Visited the show room in Kingston and was shown round by a very helpful chap Adrian. Ummed and aaahed about what was the right bed and eventually ordered Trinity bed frame in Light Oak over the phone. Given a mutually agreeable delivery date - easy. Shock, horror - bed arrived but not the colour I had ordered!! Contacted the Kingston showroom and it wasn't a problem and replacement frame was ordered with no quibble. My son and husband got home and really liked the frame that was delivered so cancelled the replacement order the next day. So Customer Service I cannot fault whatsoever - well done Warren Evans. (bit disappointed that the Minster Ottoman the bed I was really after - never came into the January sales).

Feb 14,2018Fantastic company. We've ordered a bed, two side tables and two wardrobes in three separate orders over a couple of years from the St Albans branch. We met the same saleman on each visit, which says something about the continuity and stability provided by the company. Furniture is great, such good quality and looks beautiful.

Feb 13,2018Sales experience was great, friendly, professional advice, not pushy. Delivery guys came on a rainy day so would have been better if they had put something over their shoes to build the bed and chest of drawers to avoid dirt on the stairs and bedroom floor. But they were on time, super quick and friendly. Love my furniture and sleep perfectly on the new mattress

Feb 13,2018Sold a combination of mattress and ottoman which is not safe to use. Already tried to fix once. Still not safe. Not heard back and I’m sorry to hear about going into administration as I will prob have to reject via credit card company.

Feb 12,2018Took a few phone calls to sort a date as when I ordered the bed I forgot I needed a mattress so had different dates - and whilst that was my fault equally a reminder to check I didn’t need a mattress would have helped But after a fairly Fraut time when I tried to explain the critical issue (my mum was moving into sheltered accommodation ) and offered to pay to get both delivered in the same day everything was sorted So in the end it worked out well

Been trying to schedule delivery for over 4 days now....responses are IT system is down, we'll let you know tomorrow, daf after and now its just radio silence. No one picks up the phone either. Meanwhile still sleeping on the carpet, hoping that Warren Evans will wake up to some customer service post sale

Feb 08,2018The first time I went to the showroom i was acknowledged with just a nod of the head and a hi! as I walked past. I then had to ask for help seeing the beds I was interested in. The showroom assistant seemed surprised that I needed help and he yawned throughout the entire time I was him. The second time I visited I was acknowledged with just a nod and a hi. Again I had to ask for assistance to find the bed I was looking for. She pointed me in the right direction and went back to her desk. I had to find her to tell her I wanted to make a purchase. I appreciate not having pushy sellers, but some acknowledgment and offer of assistance would be nice.

Feb 15,2018The entire experience, from visiting the stores in Bromley and Camden, to ordering, taking delivery and having the beds put together and in place, was excellent. The three beds, different models, are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Warren Evans to friends and family.
