From Kat helping to chose the items that I required - changing the dates for delivery to the delivery staff who waited for me to get to my new flat so they can install the items. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the product is second to none. This is a premium brand with premium service to match.

But we had a lot of problems with organising delivery and just generally the customer service we received was particularly poor with no-one returning my calls or emails when they said they would.

Nov 24,2017We are really happy with our beds from Warren Evans and having such comfortable and well made beds has improved our quality of sleep. We had lots of good advice and suggestions whilst choosing and we felt unhurried and relaxed with no pressure to make a decision. Delovery was only a couple of weeks later and the drivers were polite and helpful and took away the packaging. Allow a firm sprung mattress a few nights to settle into being really comfortable. Excellent service from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Warren Evans and will be buying from them in the future.
