Nov 10,2017Very disappointed by treatment from Warren Evans - I bought a mattress on line. The company is then supposed to call to agree delivery date. They didn't call me - I waited and then I had to chase it up. Consequently the time lag from purchase to delivery will be a whole month ! I complained and they were totally unapologetic - I will never buy from this company again - very disappointed

Nov 10,2017I had an excellent experience with this company. The online operator was helpful and not just interested in placing the order. So well done. The bed arrived on the date agreed and it s of excellent quality. They came in and assembled it. You pay for it but sometimes you want quality and I find normal to pay for it.

Nov 10,2017Very poor customer service, I called the day before deliver to confirm what time our bed would arrive to find out that it hadn't even been ordered. The invoice had the wrong month on it and we were told that it was our fault! The company refused to accept any responsibility for getting the date wrong, even thought it was clear that it was not the date we had selected. We were left without a bed, sleeping in the sofa and armchair until the order was processed. The company did manage to get us a bed the following week, but the finish is poor - the storage base was incorrectly cut out and don't align properly.

Nov 10,2017The ordering was fine. The bed was fine. The middle was a right old mess of rescheduling , getting delivery dates wrong, when the bed came they didn't take the mattress, notes weren't passed on. I didn't have a key contact so each time i emailed someone back they were off, and every time i called i spoke to a different person. The staff were all very nice but the communication was useless.

Nov 10,2017Fantastic bed frame, fits perfectly and is beautifully made. Delivery was on time and built by 2 really professional guys The mattress wasn’t really right (our fault) so it was exchanged with no fuss and delivered again with no hitch. It’s now perfect. Thank you.

Nov 10,2017Having previously purchased numerous items I purchased a double bed. The delivery people arrived on time, having called me first and quickly assembled the bed. They were polite and efficient and I was very pleased with their service. I had booked to have the old bed taken away but gave it away instead and the charge for disposing of it was refunded without me having to ask.
