Apr 15,2025The goods arrived well in advance of the fibre installation. My contact Maryam had sent me instructions on how to connect everything up. It was very straight forward. It went live at the appointed time and has worked flawlessly ever since. I am impressed with Xilinx.

Apr 14,2025Xinix were very helpful and supportive during the installation of the telephone system, which proved more straightforward than I imagined. Since then they have called me on a number of occasions to see if I have had any problems, which I haven't. Compared to what I was paying previously I think this package is far better priced.

Apr 12,2025I'm not very good with things technical so setting up my land line was a no go but one phone call to Xinix and the talked me through the set up in 2 mins and everything is now working fine

Apr 10,2025The Customer Service with XINIX is first class. We did have a complication with the bundle of 3 phones purchased but the Technical Department of XINIX sorted the hiccup out effectively and courteously and the phone setup is now working very well. Communication and assistance have been excellent throughout. I would highly recommend XINIX.

Mar 05,2025I used Xinix a number of years ago for a multi-user business package at the company I worked for and found the system easy to use, reliable and competitive. I have recently returned to using Xinix at my own company for a 10 user business package and Uzair has just started configuring the handsets. I have a mixture of voip phone brands but this has been no problem, they just log on remotely and configure. Very quick response times. Well worth getting in touch for your business phone needs!

Feb 21,2025In the start I went online to find someone who could rescue my phone number after Virgin took it from Sky but then told me they could not support a landline in my area possibly leaving having to contact doctors, hospitals and many others with a new phone number. I searched the internet and found Xinix who told me they could rescue my landline even after some days of it being switched off. As a bonus their rates are very reasonable. On dealing with them I found them to be a blessing to get in touch with compared to the horrendously difficult method of contacting Sky and Virgin. On top of this they helped me to set up my landline cordless phone and have been extremely helpful.. Bottom line is I recommend this company 100%.

Feb 15,2025Xinix knows their stuff. Maryam helped me set it up, just how I want it, and helped me understand the system. We was set up before closing, but Maryam said don't worry we will stay until you are set. My base was corrupted by previous VOIP providers, but Maryam went through the interface, like a dog chewing a bone. Thankyou Maryam.
