I've even had you majke me a bespoke coat. So my experience is probably not tyipical. But anyway I've found you efficient, humane, friendly, approachable. The only reason I have bought a second one is to have something slightly 'smarter' to wear. These jackets are genuinely the most comfortable, dependable and cherished items of clothing that I own. I cannot rate them highly enough!
