Yarnworx always go above and beyond for and I’m constantly reconvening them in knitting groups. Such lovely customer service and gorgeous yarn and bits and bobs 🥰

Ordered Scheepjes yarn winder. It does the job but this beautiful yarn winder came scratched and with ugly glue stains on it. Giving 3 stars for speedy delivery only. Very disappointing. And also no assembly instructions. Had to Google because never had one before.

I had not come across YarnWorx before doing a Google search for adjustable sock blockers. They are really fantastic. During an online chat with Gavin he informed me that their blocker was being redesigned and they were expecting the new and improved version that week, and so he leaped my sort out payment after their PayPal link was temperamental, and all I had to do was sit tight and wait for delivery. The company was very good with communication and once the blockers were available (I understand they’re made to order), I was kept informed about despatch, tracking etc., and Royal Mail duly delivered them today. I am sure I will be getting a lot of use out of these, they seem very sturdy and also have excellent, clearly marked measurements and it even has U.K. shoe sizes marked out with corresponding inch/cm foot length. I will, however, only use them for blocking for size while knitting, as I prefer to use my KnitPro plastic blockers for wet blocking.

I am so happy I found Yarn Worx. Though I live in the USA, they were very helpful and were able to fill my order perfectly. I love my new, red crochet hooks. They don't sell them here, in the US so was glad to see that we are, indeed, global. I will be purchasing from here again!

I really wanted a product that was out of stock and chose the option to be emailed when it came back in stock. I received the email within a couple of weeks and was able to order the product hassle free

My parcel was misrouted by Royal Mail (unknown to me) and didn't arrive. The customer service was excellent. Yarnworx were immediately able to tell me what had happened by looking up the tracking and my stitch markers arrived the day after I contacted them. Product was excellent too, lovely bright colours and robust quality. I would definitely recommend Yarnworx for both product quality and their customer service. A big thank you to them for sorting it out so quick!
