Jan 05,2021My son bought me both the Umbrella swift yarn winder and the table yarn winder for Christmas, I was unable to afford these but had spoken about them often, I am in love with both they are beautifully made and very easy to use, they have have made my life so much easier I would highly recommend them to anybody. There was a small issue where one of the colors I had ordered only had one in stock, and it wasnāt in very good shape, so Gavin contacted me very quickly to see what I would like to do. They had even picked out a replacement color that they thought would be a good substitute. Very thoughtful, and the yarn itself was totally awesome!

Jan 02,2021Ordered a kit over Xmas, to make as a birthday present for my mum. The order was sent out really quickly, and I was informed and given tracking too. It arrived and the yarn is gorgeous! I had one question I needed answered and using their chat feature it was resolved quickly and efficiently (I should also point out it was the pattern was sent via email and I hadnāt seen it, not a yarn word issue) and they were really polite and happy to help! I will definitely be recommending and returning to this lovely store.
