May 13,2024Ich kann dieses Krankenhaus nur empfehlen. Wir wurden nach einem Sportunfall meiner Tochter hierher gebracht und wurden die ganze Zeit super versorgt, toll beraten und es war ständig jemand da, der sich um uns gekümmert hat und unsere Sorten genommen hat. Wenn man im Ausland ins Krankenhaus muss, ist dieses Krankenhaus, die beste Option. wenn ich könnte, würde ich noch mehr Sterne vergeben. die Ärzte waren alle super nett und unsere Kontaktperson Susann hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön auch an Gazi, der von Anfang Anfang bis Ende für uns da war. Alles top!

May 12,2024I had upper and lower eye bag removal at the Yücelen Hospital Ortaca at the end of April. My surgery was carried out by Dr Kandal and my treatment while there was of a very high standard. The staff that work there from the very first moment I arrived were so friendly and attentive and very helpful. After having my bloods taken they settled me straight away in my own private room with en-suite that also had a guest room adjoining for family members to stay with you. They also did a chest X-ray and Dr Kandal went through my blood results thoroughly with me explaining that I was pre diabetic aswell which i wasn’t even advised about by my own GP back home! Dr Kandal explained the importance of what I eat for healing and recovery which is helping me now while I recover. When I came out of surgery the staff checked on me hourly to make sure I was ok, check my blood pressure and give me medication. The food I was given was nutritional and very tasty. I was discharged the following afternoon with a prescription of the medication I needed and was asked to return to the hospital two days later for a follow up appointment. At my follow up appointment Dr Kandal examined me and told me I was healing very well and explained everything really well regarding my after care and things to eat/avoid. Dr Kandals English is very good so no interpreter was needed. My surgery and stay was arranged by the lovely Emsal at the Muğla Yücelen hospital and she was really helpful throughout the process, contacting me prior to coming out to Turkey regarding date of surgery, arranging a video consultation with my surgeon and the preparation I needed to make ahead of the surgery. Whilst in Turkey, Emsal kept in touch throughout, contacting my family when I couldn’t see my phone to check in on me and make sure I was ok. She showed care and support throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. Even now back in the UK she checks in on me on how I’m progressing with recovery and answers any questions I have really quickly. I am absolutely thrilled with the results so far! Two weeks after surgery, my swelling has really gone down and the stitches are alot less visible now. I can already see a massive difference from how I looked before. I would 100% recommend Emsal, Dr Kandal and the Yücelen hospital Ortaca for cosmetic surgery.

May 09,2024I had an appointment for an examination and was lucky enough to have surgery the very same day. To say the experience was 5 Star would be an understatement. The staff are so kind and understanding and the Surgeon was amazing on top of this my translator was the kindest person you could wish for and she went above and beyond, Emsal you are a credit to the hospital and you made my stay most comfortable and so easy and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Thanks to all of the staff Darren

May 08,2024Fantastic yet again, with have been before and again this time as before Emsal arranged everything from start to finish for my daughter to have eye surgery. All the staff yet again are nothing more than fantastic, they really are a credit to the Yucelen Hospital. It's worth the travel to get service that they provide, we will be returning in September this year for more treatments as myself and family feel totally safe. Also I must point out the Yucelen Hospital group are private A&E hospital's, 24/7 so you are safe. My daughter is over the moon with her eye surgery. Emsal, thank you again for all your help and hard work, you are always on hand, phone calls and msg, to see if all is ok, because you care. So if anyone is thinking of treatment I can without any hesitation recommend Emsal Uysal at the Yucelen Hospital Mugla for any help and advice. Yucelen Hospital group I would give 6 star's if I could,

May 07,2024My husband had lower eye bag surgery both the clinical staff and surgeon Dr Kandal were fantastic. I would also like to mention Susan and Emsal who arranged the surgery and transfers both were fantastic Susan was there throughout our time at the hospital! Would recommend nothing was too much trouble for the staff!

May 02,2024Travelled from Scotland to mugla hospital pick up was on time and communication was amazing ! Emsal, my coordinator for the 1 year adjustable gastric balloon, was really good. It was very helpful and very caring and made the process that little bit more easier ! Nothing was a issue , all the staff looked after me and made sure I was OK constantly asking I would definitely recommend this procedure and Emsal 5 stars

Mar 26,2024I have been twice at the Yücelen in Ortaca. The first time I was an in-patient and the second time I was there twice as an outpatient for a range of tests and procedures. Both times I have been very satisfied with the service and attention and treatment I have received, from medical and support staff, customer services and translators. I recommend the hospital

Feb 06,2024Yucelen hospital takes patient care to the next level. I am treated every half year by dr. Mert and dr. Engin from orthopedics. And I am pain free. It is almost as coming back to visit family. Very personal, very professional. And Director Sezin looks after you as only a good friend would do. The food is just as good, which is amazing for a hospital. Yucelen feels like a home and hotel. This helps the healing process.

Jan 10,2024i got hairtransplant in yucelen mugla.. highly higly skilled team all staff very professional from the very start from the airport pick up (transfer) to the hotel.. from hotel to hospital and return to hotel communication was never never a problem.. i wish i could choose 10star rating or more such an expierence and highly recommend anybody to come to this hospital.. I am very very haopy with my results i want to cry 🤣🤣 with such happiness.. i waited 8yrs for hairtransplant and i finally got it complete A very big thanks to all the staff and team at Yucelen Mugla hospital.. Emsal is the lady that helped me all the way from the start.. such a lovely lad.. very nice to deal with and brilliant english.. Emsal never left my side and i am so greatful for everything she has done.. i cannot thank Emsal and her team here Tarik and Fevriye, Büsra thank you so much for your very highly skilled work and making my dream finally a reality regards Evan....

May 15,2024The best hospital in the world for me don't get mad it's just my opinion anyway. The staffs are amazing polite, caring am treated like a VIP, great price and quality facilities too. Guys you're such a credit for Turkey love it 5/5 I'd recommend you to anyone. Thank you Emsal for making the overall experience amazing and at last huge thank you for my super star Suzanne! Guys I don't know what to say really thank you to you all I now see Turkey as my home lovely and kind people. Love love love it!
