Oct 23,2023Our young son was rushed in early hours of the morning with suspected bronchitis. We were seen to immediately by their caring staff. The translator medical team were fantastic in explaining what was going to happen and really took care of both of us. He was taken to a room and proper medical care administered. They also made it comfy for me to stay with him and provided what we needed with treatment to help him recover quickly. We can’t thank the team enough!

Oct 22,2023From the minute I got there it was absolutely excellent the nurses and the staff were fabulous and the decision was absolutely amazing and they looked after me like royalty I thank them all for the for everything they've done for me and I recommend them to anybody they are absolutely marvellous and professional and very clean The hospital was absolutely amazing Everybody was so friendly I couldn't believe it And they made me feel so comfortable that I put all my Faith in trusting to him and I was right too They talked through everything that was going to happen do And the aftercare is absolutely outstanding they sent me to a resort which was amazing And the nurse and staff there were absolutely so helpful and amazing I just couldn't believe It it And they will win me every step of the way From getting there to coming home And I thank him very very much for all he didn't for me And I recommend anybody that needs surgery or anything done go there and it's fabulous

Oct 20,2023Following a recent accident on holiday , I received excellent treatment, ambulance arrived within minutes, diagnosis of the injury was prompt. Surgeon kept us informed every day and staff very attentive. Can highly recommend this hospital. The care was very good- first class

Oct 20,2023My wife got rushed in late 1st October morning with heart attack,surgeon Bulant Polat was waiting ,explained what he was going to do. Next thing he cam to.see me and said all done,this was done ever so quickly and he saved my wife's life. The 3 English language translators that come to see you are brilliant,without them ir would have been a struggle. Lovely hospital.great staff and Thanku all for.all u did for us. Mr Mrs Rawson

Oct 10,2023Having worked for 23 years as an Occupational therapist for NHS in UK I opted to have private knee surgery at the Yucelen Hospital, Mugla, after being informed that I would have a long wait for consultation and surgery in UK. Although i was initially concerned about having surgery in another country. My anxiety soon abated once I contacted the hospital and spoke with Cagla. The whole process of referral through to after care was an exceptional experience. Better than I've ever experience in UK. Cagla Asli Gulduran our liaison officer was very professional and informative throughout the process. She was instigational in arranging everything from transport to/from hospital, MRI scan, consultation with Dr Mehmet Ali Salin, room and food, aftercare and also made arrangements for my husband to stay with me at the hospital. Staff used mobile phones if language was a barrier during the process. Within 2 days I had had Mri scan, xrays and surgery. Dr Mehmet Ali Salin was excellent and explained issues I had with my knee and what surgery he would recommend. Surgery went well and again Dr Mehmet Ali Salin explained what he was doing through the surgical process. The whole experience excelled my expectations and as such I would definitely recommend the Yuclen hospital in Mugla and would like to say a big thank you to all the staff, Dr Mehmet Ali Sahin and Cagla Asli Gulduran.

Sep 21,2023Dr. Nihan Tuncel Kale was my surgeon and she was so so lovely she accommodate to eveything I asked for and finally made me feel confident again and Çağla Aslı Gülduran made my whole experience amazing she was so lovely and friendly.. I would 1000% reccomend yücelen hospitals to anyone looking to get any work done

Sep 21,2023This is my hospital of choice although I live in Bodrum, I prefer to drive 1 1/2 hours to arrive at Yucelen. I have been doing this for more than 10 years. The last time I went in September, it was for a complete check up. Çağla guided me though all phases of the head to toe examination. I was very impressed with her dedication to the patients concerns and her follow up was number one. Yucelen is a designated heart center in Turkey so I will continue my visits.

Sep 02,2023Absolutely fantastic! Feeling nervous and apprehensive for booking my gastric balloon was all gone as soon as I walked through the door. Emsal, my translator, made me at ease. Everything was explained to me perfectly. I met the doctor, dietician and other nursing staff who looked after me so well. I can express enough how lovely everyone was. Our room is comfortable with WiFi and food provided for my daughter. Aircon and cleanliness was excellent. Coming to Turkey, obviously is going to be daunting, but this hospital blows any other hospital I have been in out the water! I incorporated this procedure into my holiday, and with return transport to my hotel, I really couldn't fault it. My experience here was outstanding and the care continues at home with constant contact with them if you need it. Highly recommended!!

Jun 19,2023Whilst on holiday my son had an eczema flare up that required immediate treatment so I contacted yücelen hospitals. I was contacted very quickly by Emsal (international patient liaison) on a Sunday afternoon first by what’s app and then by telephone. She arranged collection from Marmaris the following morning taking us to the hospital in mügla where she personally greeted us takings the see a dermatologist who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He accessed the current medication (steroid based cream) and prescribed some different options as well as offering some other short term advice on dietary changes . The whole experience was fantastic and I can not thank the hospital and Emsal enough. Kind regards Nick

Jun 06,2023I first contacted the Yucelen hospital from London as I was planning a half term holiday with my family in Fethiye I was looking for a hospital which can do a dental work and a hair implant too. Even if it was very short notice the hospital organised everything for me. I was picked up from the hotel for my dental appointment I had everything done 4 tooth in 5 days. ( 3 appointments) Then on the day before last of our holiday I had done my hair implant. Everything was perfect and painless for start to finish. . Now on second morning I had my first wash and I’m good to go. I will recommend YUCELEN HOSPITAL ORTACA to everyone who needs a worry less, professional treatment regardless. If it is dental or hair.

May 23,2023My husband came to this hospital in an emergency, he was treated with excellent care right from the very start we arrived, a big big thank you to front desk reception staff, all night and day nurses, all translators and staff who helped us filling in the forms big big thank you Gazi, Bugra, Burcu and finally a big big thank you to Dr. Kubilay, all were absolutely brilliant, we really appreciated the care, treatment and attention my husband received.

May 19,2023Top of the line care and treatments. My exceptional experience concerning patient relationship is unmatched. From the moment l arrive, until my departure, l am escorted and looked after. Çağla Aslı Gülduran has always been extremly attentive, knowledgable and caring. What a blessing it is to see her on each of my many visits. Emsal Uysal, also bilingual, has assisted me. They all make sure l am offered food and drink and have even escorted me to the pharmacy next door to hospital. Each Doctor I have seen, from cardiology to neurology and estheticians, have been top notch. Kuddos to Yücelen Hospital.

May 11,2023I was taken to the hospital after slipping when exiting the shower. I was conveyed to yuxelen hospital marmaris where I can only describe the treatment and quality of care as outstanding. within 10minutes of arrival my injuries were diagnosed. multiple fractures to my right wrist. within 1 hr of arrival I was booked for surgery the following day. the aftercare service was excellent as was the hygiene was exceptional. also there were interpreters available when required. many thanks to all involved

Feb 26,2023This review and 5 star rating is in praise of M. Erim ELÇİN Health Tourism Coordinator. My sister Ms D Cobb suffered a major stroke and was admitted to the icu. Erim was invaluable in helping and supporting our family to coordinate with an air ambulance service to repatriate her as swiftly as possible. M. Erim ELÇİN is an asset to this hospital.

Feb 14,2023I had Botox done around the eyes and fillers in the mouth area. In addition, a rejuvenation process was applied to the face and neck skin with hyaluronic acid. My doctor Nurşin's hand was very light. I didn't feel any pain. The result was incredibly natural and I went down from 42 to 32 in an instant...:)))
