Jun 01,2024Booking my trip to New Mexico in October. My original booking was October 4 That trip was canceled. I was able to except a new date but had to make changes to my personal schedule Then I received an email with a confirmation of my flight. Apparently that email was sent to by mistake. No notice Of the mistake may assuming my flight was all set. Then several days later I got word said that it was a mistake. Rebooking the flights would cost me more cause prices went up. Told that you couldn’t add my frequent flier # to the ticket. Never have I had that happen on multiple other tours.
