May 22,2024The booking was simple and fast, once I found out Austin was no longer in sales. Since I could not reach Austin by text or phone, I decided to call YMT phone number listed on my tour book. My call was picked up by sales person Tammy Lupman. She was great. I told her what we wanted and she gave me all the info needed plus she is still answering questions and texting us as needed.

May 22,2024Michael Hind was EXTREMELY helpful long before we ever booked the Best of Ireland Tour. He answered numerous questions by email about the tour knowing that the tour we were planning to take was not until May or September 2025, and we had not planned to book before July 2024 (two months away). He was always prompt at replying to my emails with more answers. When we finally called him for the first time and ended up booking the tour, he answered more questions for me. We are planning to take the tour with four other relatives who had never booked a YMT tour, so he was able to explain how the "Refer-a-Friend" promotion worked. Great job!

May 19,2024We were offered a later trip with a room upgrade. I'm not sure if our original reservation was not going to work out. We accepted, our original trip was cancelled, and we were left with no reservations & no other trip scheduled. We were left high & dry after paying over $6,000. We were trying to call back to the person changing our reservations. She had gone home! We asked to be called first thing the next morning. We received NO call, so at almost noon, I called again. The person that I was trying to reach was not in! My call was transferred to a Supervisor - Julie. She was wonderful, calmed me down & totally took care of us finally.

May 16,2024They called right back and explained the whole trip; cost, etc. We're going with another couple and they are working with both couples to be sure that we'll be together on the ship and the plane. Sent the invoice to us which was detailed. This is my second trip with them and I loved our first trip. We had the best tour director and bus driver. Can't wait for this next trip.
