Feb 15,2024When our original trip was canceled, we had to rebook. I spoke with two different agents and got conflicting information. From the first, I was told that the dates I preferred to travel were available when she checked. However, 2-3 hours later, when I contacted our agent (who was given a note to call me by first agent, but didn't), I was told those dates were not available and that she had indeed received a note but didn't know which customer it was in regards to. So, communication seems to be a big problem.

To add to that, we booked two separate tours; one for the end of June and one for the end of September of this year! Exceptional professionalism, organized, calm and excellent suggestions and tips. I've had two tours with YMT and I enjoy their tours and find them extremely informative and relaxing. With that being said, I don't feel a separate review is necessary for my second trip.

Feb 11,2024I have taken many trips with YMT because they do all the hard work and have many fun trips. They book the flights and hotels, pick you up at the airport, transport you to the hotel and a guide is with you throughout the entire trip. All I have to do is pay for the trip, pack and go have fun. I love it.

Feb 09,2024Each time we made a payment (deposit and airfare) there was an error in the amount she entered, which required multiple phone calls and credits on our invoice and very confusing to understand. Our representative was not attentive to detail when posting our payments and seemed to be half listening and rushed when we brought it to her attention. She said she would fix it, but we are now apprehensive in the arrangements. We have traveled with YMT before and never had issues.
