Feb 21,2024Our original trip was cancelled so we were given the option of different dates. We called the day we were notified trip was canceled and asked for April 26 date but not able to officially book because one couple wasn't sure that date would work. We were assured there was plenty of room on this tour and when we called a day later it was filled up. So we opted for April 30 and talked to an agent on Monday and we were told it was available. We did not receive email verification so we called several times during the week and they were working on some issues. It was a week later on the following Monday we finally received email verification. It took us 12 days from getting the letter our trip had been cancelled to finally getting verification we had been able to rebook to a different date. That was an extremely long time. I will say the agents were polite during this experience.
