Feb 26,2020Order placed on 12 Feb for my husbands birthday on 20th feb. I submitted an online query on 18th Feb as it hadn't arrived ... waited .. no delivery on 19th feb so phoned and spoke to a helpful gentleman who resolved the issue with the order and apologised. Threw in a yoga strap for the inconvenience which was nice. 24th Feb - I receive a reply to the original online query stating that the parcel has been delivered! Yes it had but this response was far to late in the process to be of any help to anyone! If I hadn't of rang on the 19th feb I would have still been waiting. 25th Feb - I picked up from the dpd drop off point wrapped and gave to husband ... wow what a smell when he opened it. He sure got a surprise for his belated birthday present! Not sure if this is normal but it was not pleasant!
