Sep 24,2023May be we were unlucky, an order bought online that didn’t arrive and it was not any notification issued. When call to a mobile number, no one has answered. We complained throughout PayPal, then an email with some type of doggie excuse was sent in return. Now it appears on an second email sent. Cancel by customer…?

Sep 19,2023Really excellent service and very pleasant staff. I recently made a purchase and had a small issue with the product. The staff were very accommodating and bent over backward to make sure I was happy with the end result. What separates good service from excellent service is how problems are resolved and this was as good as it gets.

Sep 03,2023I received my Bonsai today and I’m absolutely delighted. It was packaged so securely in a large box which allowed so much space for the tree, it was firmly held in place in the box with cable ties thus reducing any chance of the tree getting damaged in transit. The pot was wrapped in cling film to keep in moisture and stop any soil escaping. The tree itself is absolutely stunning and I look forward to many years of pleasure looking after it and watching it develop. I purchased the Bonsai care kit which includes fertiliser, wire to train branches and general purpose Bonsai scissors which are of decent quality. I chose a Chinese Privet this time. I have to say the company are a pleasure to deal with and delivery was so speedy, i ordered on Thursday and anticipated delivery on the following Monday however I was pleasantly surprised when arrived on Saturday morning. Many thanks Yorkshire Bonsai Company I’m sure this won’t be my last purchase with you and I’m more than happily to recommend the company to family and friends, buy with confidence
