Nov 30,2023As an 86 Yr old newcomer to the world of Bonsai I have on several occasions fallen for the advertising scams of leading national bonsai websites. You know the sort of thing they do...show and lead you to believe that the plant you see is what you will get, then small print states that you won't actually get that plant but something similar.....haha. I then tried Yorkshire Bonsai and guess what, you select the tree you want...and that is the tree you get each time and the prices are fair and lower than most. The after service is personal and friendly .

Fantastic communication from Yorkshire bonsai ,I ordered a wrong size drip tray but was quickly emailed asking if this was a mistake or intended, my order was amended and delivery back on track. So helpful and will certainly be using again

Nov 03,2023I’ve purchased bonsai trees from several companies in the past, but Yorkshire Bonsai beats them all. The packaging was far superior, and the trees arrived in perfect shape. The trees were superb specimens and in first class condition. I had occasion to contact the company about the need to change the delivery date for the order and received a prompt reply telling me that it wouldn’t be a problem. First class service - I will definitely use the company again.
