Oct 06,2021I ordered it on a Tuesday and was immediately told it was ready to be shipped. Great I thought. A week later, yes seven days, the item got delivered to a different address and I had to go and find it at one of my neighbours. Not great. I would get rid of Hermes if I was you.

Just as it was a gift it would have been nice to give physical information with it. It’s not really a problem though. Thank you.

Oct 12,2021My pots arrived and are beautiful unfortunately one was broken due to the way the delivery driver dropped it in my bin . I emailed to explain and a new one is hopefully going to arriving soon,
