Apr 21,2023I made two orders with Yorkshire Bonsai. My first order contained a Bird Plum Tree (tree 0621, order YB06135) I purchased the bonsai because I liked the shape and trunk of the tree in the photo. However, I was sent a different Bird Plum tree, one that was not nearly as nice and I was left disappointed with my purchase. The bonsai I ordered is still on sale at Yorkshire Bonsai. The second order was lovely the right tree a Ficus and it is a beautiful tree. Delivery was very fast and on time. The company does seem to have bonsai trees at a good price. I like to purchase trees that I can see an actual photo and not a generic photo of. I have not decided if I'll purchase anything else from Yorkshire Bonsai or maybe I'll just carry on with Bonsai Direct.

Apr 20,2023It is rare these days to receive the high degree of service that Yorkshire Bonsai gives. I was searching for a particular sized pot that my husband wanted. Paul spent considerable time outside normal hours offering help and advice. When we placed the order it was processed efficiently, arrived on time and was extremely well packed. We will certainly be recommending them to our friends and will be using them again. Many thanks Paul for your kind, considerate and courteous service. Carol.

Apr 09,2023Ordered a ceramic bonsai pot and tray which arrived very well wrapped and in perfect condition. Postage was just a tad slow (took a week to arrive, not that I was in a desperate hurry so it really wasn't an issue) and the amount of packaging could have been reduced somewhat. The price was reasonable for the item purchased so overall I am very happy and would certainly use Yorkshire bonsai again.
