The bonsai pot arrived promptly and was very well packaged. When unpacked it was exactly what I wanted. The price was very reasonable and getting decent bonsai pots increasingly difficult. I've used Yorkshire bonsai before and their service has always been excellent.

Paul was really brilliant. Called me back and took the time to help with my bonsai. Have lots of advice as well as provided all the things I needed to repot.

I bought a bonsai tree from this company and despite fantastic packaging, unfortunately the pot was damaged. (The tree was fine!). They have agreed to send me a replacement pot using a 24 hour delivery service and because the pot is not quite the same size they are sending me what I need to repot. They were willing to have the tree back and replace it if I didn’t want to repot myself. The co founder gave me his direct phone number in case I have concerns or want advice. He was a thoroughly nice person clearly keen to provide perfect service. Totally recommend.

Good price, quick delivery and very well packed pots, but unfortunately the colour of one of the pots was completely different to the one shown on the website and I bought it for the colour as much as anything. Good response from the sellers though offering me a return or discount on next purchase.

The bonsai’s were delivered quickly and VERY well packaged. 2 are Mother’s Day presents so I don’t get to keep them all:( Slight error in picking the starter kits but they quickly resolved with no hassle.
