My process has only just started, so I feel it is a little early for a complete review. However,I can say.....'so far, so good!'. Good communication, and all telephone calls handled very professionally. Appointments kept on time, with telephone calls prior to confirm times and places. A very thorough explanation of the process to come, and a very informative welcome letter, detailing all relevant contact names, telephone numbers and email addresses. So far, so good

Basic information was covered, recapping information which i had previously received via telephone call. The (man) who visited me to go through paperwork (i call him man) because he did not introduce himself so i have no name, received no business card contact number or any form of identification. When asked for contact details none was forthcoming

They are so helpful they listen to your side then sent an agent within a couple of days. All was explained to me I signed some forms so easy . Would tell people to choose them.
