Jan 28,2025I used this company as ordering and price were easy and cheaper than others , I was disappointed that it took so long to receive my order with no updates until I messaged to chase up and kept being told was being sent when hadn't ,I received it after 11days and was sent in packaging with defrosted ice pack ,previous company I used sent in large box with 2 large ice packs which had kept the contents well chilled ,on receiving this it was not cold and I just hope it has not affected product, nice pricing but I think they have some other things to improve on
