Feb 06,2025To be honest this pharmacy is a complete nightmare and it's really starting to cause me stress and anxiety due to the delays they caused u on approving and shipping out the next doses of medication u need. Nothing is straight forward with them and wish I'd never done my second order with them after being messed about for over a WK first time round. But just thought oh it's because it's my first order. I moved to them from medexpress. Due to these being way cheaper. But proves cheaper isn't always better. First order. Messed about none stop. Second order same thing. I uploaded my images and still get emails saying they can't process my order till they have them. It's ridiculous. They seem to make any excuse to mess you about. This time is the final straw and will be going elsewhere for my next dose. Can't deal with the hassle they cause.you.

Feb 05,2025Placed an order on the 30th January last Thursday as wanted to start the Mounjaro pen this week on Monday at the start of the week had seen good reviews on tiktok and also had a discount code so chose to go with this pharmacy. Many of my friends are using Mounjaro and when they have ordered from pharmacy’s they’ve received there pen the next day maybe two days at latest tomorrow it will be a week from I’ve ordered the pen and I still haven’t received it? Everytime I try to track it it’s telling me that there still preparing the order and it hasn’t been dispatched I’ve emailed customer service not once but twice and I’m still yet to get a response? Came on here to read reviews as I am not starting to think I have been scammed I understand mistakes happen and sometimes things get mixed up but I’m currently in limbo as I can’t get a reply from customer service and I don’t know what I’m suppose to do hoping to get a reply on here
