Feb 27,2025The only issue I had with Your Medical was the length of time it took for my medication to be dispatched to me, I received no updates and had to email in for an update on my order, other than that I am happy with my medication.

Feb 25,2025I ordered from company 19/2/25. Item was delivered to incorrect address. Emailed customer service and they have refunded my order and they did offer to send a replacement. I am happy with the resolution as it was not really a fault their end it was Royal Mail.

Feb 25,2025This is the third time I’m using this pharmacy for my mounjaro. The first time my pen froze and the costumer service was terrible no sympathy just victim blaming saying it is my responsibility blah blah I get that but there was no sympathy. I decided to try them again for my 5mg the first time I used them my item was dispatched the next day. The second time it took 4 days and I missed a dose because of it. The last time for my 7.5mg it took well over a week. Only when I texted them did they finally dispatch my item before then when I text they just tell me to cancel my order if I’m not comfortable. Even though on their website it now says 4 days dispatch time mine took up to 5 and I wasn’t offered any compensation. Besides the delivery issue I haven’t lost any weight on mounjaro despite all efforts and I was starting to think it was all fake but they gave me their pharmacy registeration number so all is fine I guess. They just need to do better with delivery that’s all. And it’s really expensive I can’t even find any coupon or deal or discount codes unlike others like med express that have good discount codes. If anyone has any discount codes for yourmedicals please let me know.
