Feb 13,2025I never received the item ordered, in fact tracking info still says to be delivered on 6th February 2025. I've emailed numerous times enquiring about this and to request a refund and had NO response at all! 17th February 2025 royal mail have informed me that my.parcel was sent back to sender due to no door number on package and this package was received by yourselves on 17th February 2025 at 13.23pm so can you please refund this for me, this wasn't royal mails fault but yours for incorrect address details oh and this is my 7th attempt to contact with no response

Feb 14,2025TERRIBLE -AVOID!!! YM take your money advise a delay of 4 days and now 11 days and nothing. They never answer the telephone number on the website 0116 507 0486. The mail box is full. I will be reporting these Directors to the ICO.NPA Mustafa Noorani and Wasim Bharuchi. Wasim & Mustafa are also Directors at OIM Group Ltd - Noorani Ltd *edit.. once my review went live all of a sudden, Wasim at your medicals called me. He blammed Royal Mail however I contacted RM and no parcel/item was ever received. Your Medicals issued the tracking No but RM never received the item. Again I emailed YM on 4 occasions/called the no on the website and again no reply, no replacement. I stressed to Wasim I was his customer and the liability rested with him and to stop making excuses. They had 4 days to replace the item but never did till this review went live!! All the information on my review is available in the public domain nothing is incorrect or false. I'd suggest you review your Facebook comments as repeatedly customers say 'not reachable by phone-lack of customer srrvice, long delays' There is a high demand for such products and services so I suggest if you want to be competitive you deliver your service better. Also, I'm not called Anna, stop calling and emailing me. My product arrived I am now unsubscribed.
