He was very easy-going and friendly and most importantly, he kept me informed of progress throughout without any prompting, which is quite a relief when you've gotten used to chasing recruiters for updates. He also made sure that I was briefed before each stage of the process and that I had feedback promptly. All in all, really easy to work with. Even though, I went with another offer in this instance, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking for their next opportunity.

Ample (but not excessive) contact and prep work for interviews, useful feedback received in good time after each stage and (always a bug bear for me with some agencies), someone else keeping in touch when Del was out of office. Would recommend.

May 31,2024Great Experience using this recruitment company. Kai took the time to understand what I was looking for in my next potential career move. Feedback is a big part of the recruitment process, the amount of times other agencies effectively ghost you after initial contact is terrible. But Kai got back to me with proper construtive feedback the next day which is all I can ask for as a potential candidate. Hopefully YNH are the guys to place me in my next role.
