Mar 13,2024I have dealt and worked with a good number of recruiters and I have had a mixed bag of experience. Thankfully with YNH, I had an incredibly positive experience. They clearly updated me throughout the process and talked to me straight. I never felt like they were exaggerating or trying to sell me a dream. They were transparent and efficient. An agency I would happily use again, either as a candidate or as a hiring manager!

Feb 27,2024I worked with Kai at YNH as a candidate and he is the epitome of a great recruiter. He would call me regularly with any updates he had for me but also from myself. When presenting me with a new role he would make sure that not only was the role right for me but would ensure that I was a good fit for the company. This is what makes Kai a top recruiter, he navigates the needs of the client and the candidate without favoriting one over the other to ensure that any placement he makes is as long term as can be. When I decide to move on again Kai will be the first recruiter I call.
