Aug 10,2023Can't commend Archie enough. Took the time to identify my needs and skill sets and recommended a role that was pretty much perfect. He also kept me updated on every step of the process. I've sometimes found myself chasing recruiters regarding updates but Archie was incredibly proactive. Should I consider a new role in the future, Archie will undoubtedly be my initial point of contact.

Jul 02,2023I worked with Tom through the hiring process and he was really great to work with, he listens to your requirements, takes them on board and is very professional, discreet and he knows the hiring process very well, very communicative and there when you need any help. On the business side of things, he was more than happy to help with Advice, tips, smartening up the CV etc which I thought was great as a lot of recruitment consultants would not. On a personal side, Tom is a really down to earth person who you can have a chat with about all aspects of life, have a laugh with and is a great asset to the team at YNH.

Jun 26,2023It was really nice to work with Kai from Your Next Hire. He was very thorough and made sure I had everything I needed and checked in from time to time too. Many recruiters I have worked with in the past seem to care more about their commission than actually finding you the right job. Didn't get that feeling at all with Kai.

Jun 15,2023Kai got me an interview with a great company. He gave me all of the information about them and even provided knowledge from previous candidates of what they had learnt. Kai is certainly someone who listens and provides as much detail as possible to aid with the interview, even by calling me late in the evening to check if I had everything needed for the interview on the following day.

Archie was extremely helpful throughout all stages of the process, kept me well informed of the status of my application, who I would be meeting with and what to expect from each interview. He did this with great professionalism and speed which I very much appreciated given my fairly tight deadline to move into a new role. He was meticulous in making sure I had all of the preparation I needed for the various interview formats at each stage of the application. Further to this it was really nice to work with a recruiter that was transparent with me throughout the whole process, from salary expectations to feedback.
