Feb 11,2024Une honte! Nous avons commandé des billets en décembre pour le match d'aujourd'hui le 10 fevrier 2024 Real Madrid contre Gerone. Je leur ai écrit plusieurs fois pour leur demander les billets, ils m'ont dit que tout était normal, ce matin ils nous disent encore qu'ils vont arriver y a juste du retard pour au final nous dire 2 heures avant le match qu'ils ne peuvent pas nous fournir les places et impossible de se retourner. C'était le cadeau de Noël de 4 enfants! Nous sommes venus de la France à Madrid exprès pour le match. Une honte d'annuler et de le faire aussi tardivement!

Feb 09,2024Réservation le 22/12 de billets pour le match Real-Girona le 10/02, paiement et confirmation de la part de yourticketnet, accessoirement c’est le cadeau de noël de mes enfants ! Comme tout est ok in réserve notre hôtel et nos billets d’avion. Le 05/02 je reçois un mail pour me dire que je vais recevoir les billets dans la semaine. Pour au final recevoir le 08/02 à 20h40 un mail qui m’annonce l’annulation et le remboursement de mes billets. Tout ça sans aucune autres explications, c’est une pure honte, un scandale, un site de voleurs…Je vous laisse imaginer notre choc et la déception de mes enfants, sans compter les frais du séjour pour rien !!! Je suis scandalisé par vos méthode et je déconseille totalement ce site 😡 Une honte totale

Feb 08,2024I have purchased a football ticket for my team LFC as my birthday present gift But I have a bit shocked when I did not get my ticket on the last minute on that day just a few hours before the match which I didn’t happy but this company can be trusted and you will get a ticket. Need to improve

Ils nous ont prévenu 1 semaine avant l'event que nos places ne seraient pas à côté comme prévu initialement, ils nous ont proposé un remboursement à 100% ou des places séparées mais mieux placées. Nous avons demandé le remboursement, le lendemain même du mail de prévenance nous avons reçu le remboursement par virement bancaire ! Ils sont top !

Feb 07,2024If there was just a bit more interaction between ordering and receiving tickets.Ordered my tickets around November for a Christmas present match was on 31 January.There were no updates and tickets only came day before.Now that I have used the site and know how it works I wouldn't be as nervous and would be happy to recommend.Will be ordering tickets for future matches from this site.

Feb 05,2024Recu tardif 15h alors que le match commencais a 21h et on a commandé 6 billet en platine dans le bernabeu et on a recu que 2billet en platine et 4 autre en premium a mon avis a éviter si vous voulez bien recevoir vos places.

Jan 20,2024I urge people not to use this company. I purchased platinum category 1 tickets for Real Madrid V Mallorca. This tickets I paid for were over £200 each. Paid for them in November for a game on the 3rd Jan 2024. I was meant to get the tickets emailed by QR code before the game. I flew with my family from Glasgow on the 2nd. I was promised the tickets by 12 on the day of kick off 19.35 kick off. I messaged continuously from 12 till 2 being told they had a problem with the supplier. I was offered a refund…. What good was that to me! At 2 I went to the stadium and stood in the line as I was going to purchase tickets as I had ran out of hope I’d get my tickets. At 5… yes 2 hours before kick off and 3 hours into the wait I received a phone call from a man saying I had to meet him to get my tickets. I made my way to a meeting point. Eventually someone turned up and handed me an envelope with 3 tickets for the game. I opened them and to my surprise they were for the top level of the stadium Not near where I had paid for. I was asked to return the tickets back to this location after the match. I refused point blank to return the tickets until I received a credit back. I was called numerous times by people in Madrid asking me to return the tickets. I still refused. Later that night I received a credit for 185…. Not anywhere near the value I’d expect as I had the furthest away seats possible. After which they completely blanked my messages/emails for a further credit. I believe they sold my original allocated tickets to the highest bidder as by the time the game came around they were much more expensive than I had paid. In my opinion why let the customer choose a location in the stadium if you can’t guarantee you have the tickets to sell ! Feel completely cheated at the whole experience.

Dec 28,2023I bought two tickets for the match Atletico Madrid - Lazio on 12.13.2023 and I received it by e-mail a few hours later. The next day we scanned the QR code at the turnstile at the stadium and enjoyed the game! the only negative point the fees too high.

Feb 11,2024Purchased 3 tickets for a Match in several months in advanced (Electronic tickets). After delivery dates passed off ( very same match day) they cannot provide the tickets or any alternative. According to their terms & conditions: "... a refund up to a maximum of [120%] of the ticket price of each ticket not delivered." They do not want to compensate anything and offered a 5% discount coupon (it is ridiculous) in addition to the refund. Already responded to their mails so hope they agree to accomplish their own terms & conditions, otherwise, we will try to go through legal procedures
