Dec 20,2023The tickets are expensive : The real ticket cost 135 euros and in your website we paid 185 euros + 55 euros booking Fees... The delivery is so late... I received the ticket 23h before the match.

Dec 20,2023Speed of tickets to arrive was great, although the codes to scan did not work at the match turnstile so we then had to queue to get paper version but all in all an enjoyable day.

Dec 20,2023Tickets sold to me were Illegal and I was not allowed in the game. We paid thousands of dollars for the trip. SCAMMERS!! also, once I contacted them of the issue they STOPPED REPLYING!

At first I have been very deceived because the two links answered “ 403 FORBIDDEN”, but the guy assistant on the chat, solved my problems, in a way I could state as EXCELLENT. Therefore, I want explain what happened; that for your comprehension and for future claims. • The match would be on Saturday, and on Friday I did not got my tickets; • The chat assured me that the ticket would be delivered in time; • I received the mail but the two links answered “ 403 FORBIDDEN”, • So I went to the stadium Santiago Bernabeu in search of information, and, at last, get new tickets; • At the ticket office they said to me that your e-mail was a fake one, due to the fact that tickets can be purchased only on line at realmadrid.com site; • More, I am not from Madrid, so I couldn’t get tickets, due for security restriction; • Got back at the hotel, and for the last time chatted with your assistant. Problem solved. Thank you again, and congratulation for the service, the assistance you provided and the kindness given from the chat personnel.
