Despite the fact that I ordered just as they were leaving for vacation, they communicated this fact with me and shipped my fruit immediately when they returned. Zava will always be my go to for organic lemons.

Jul 12,2023When I received my two 25 lb boxes of lemons I was immediately concerned. The FedEx cubes they were packed into were bulging on every side with lemons. When I opened each box, the lemons were very tightly packed. The pressure inside the boxes was so great that I actually found a lemon that was split in half. The lemons were very soft and, I would say, bruised from their trip to me. Within 4 days of delivery I had two molded lemons (that I know of so far) and I expect that these mold spots occurred because of the pressure inside the box and the beating they took from outside the box. I was so excited about finding Zava Ranch but this experience was very disappointing for me, perhaps because my hopes and anticipation were so high to begin with along with my rather large investment in the quality produce that I expected to receive.

Jun 27,2023I liked how fast the delivery was however, there were moldy lemons in the box. The bad thing about moldy lemons is I'm using them to make Limoncello and the skins is what you use so when they're moldy I'm unable to use them. I sent an email the day I received my order with a picture and basically all I got was a "sorry" it must have gotten damaged in shipment or too hot.

Jun 10,2023Received my lemons (25lbs) on the day you said they would arrive. They were very large. Bigger than expected but beautiful. Only one bad one in the entire bunch. I made 6 pints of lemonade concentrate, 28 tbsp of frozen zest, 30 tbsp of frozen juice, a quart of lemon cleaner, an pint of lemon extract, a half pint of dried and powdered lemon zest and kept all the squeezed pith for my compost pile. Not an ounce of waste. Looking forward to my next order

May 22,2023I’ve been on drying avocados for the last year and they always arrive in pristine condition. There’s are the best flavor I’ve ever had! I would like to order fresh rosemary however once I add the small quantity the shipping charges increase by $4. Why?

Mar 18,2023Everything is shipped second day, so produce is still fresh when received. The lemons I received were top notch. There was significant variation of sizes, but this is normal for natural / organic fruit. I will order from them again.
