Oct 31,2019Great looking chair, very comfortable for long periods of gaming. Delivery was amazing as well - was at my door maybe 3 hours after placing the order. My only feedback would be that one arm on the chair is loose in comparison to the other arm and there doesn't appear to be a way to tighten it. Does not affect the use of the arms or their configuration settings but does play on my OCD that one arm wiggles more than the other. If not for the arm issue would have given 5 stars. Overall, amazing service, quality and reasonable pricing for the supplied product. Would recommend and already have done to others!

Oct 29,2019I was a little concerned when I fiorst ordered the chair that it wouldn't be comfortable for extremely long gaming sessions and the quality of the build. As soon as I opened the box I was blown away by the quality of the product as well as the stylishness of the chair. I have spent many hours in my chair and could not fault it for comfort or quailty. Truly outstanding product and I highly recommend ZQRacing to all people considering any type of chair for business or gaming.

Oct 23,2019Its a comfortable chair but the details like shaky/noisy arm rests, sharp edges under the arm rest or that seat adjustment controls are not intuitive, the chair does topple if you sit too close to the edge (this may not apply to everyone's experience). The details don't hold up to the $800 value of the chair.

Oct 21,2019It came in today, and I waited all day for it to come in. Perhaps having a poor lunch during the day. I build it, I set up the pillows, I sit in it. I love it. And then I wheel it to my room. Apparently, the wheel base doesn't agree with my bed, and so while I can get it in between said bed and desk, I can't climb into it. (And even if I did, I would be having one hell of a hayday getting out to scramble to the toilet. Crohn's does that...) Ah well, my room is due for a clean. And I could do a bit of rearranging and decluttering.

Oct 15,2019The ZQRacing chair i bought is really good. Ive been using it for a couple of months now and its comfortable enough that i can be on it all day. With its lever for back adjustment and adjustable arm rests, i can change the chair from a serious gaming chair, to a comfortable movie friendly chair.

Oct 14,2019The chair was wonderful for about 6 months before faults occurred. When the initial fault was reported, a DIY repair kit was sent to me. The Process of the repair was ridiculous, and required tools I didn't have on hand. After finally completing the DIY repair, the 2nd Fault occurred. When I raised this with ZQRacing, was told to redo the repair. This turned out to be impossible, and have had no further responses from the company. Very Unhappy.

Oct 07,2019I had great communication from ZQRacing after I requested information via their webpage. I was able to sort out the part I needed to purchase with their clear directions, and it was posted immediately after I paid, arriving very quickly. Very easy process. Highly recommend them.

Sep 27,2019I don’t usually leave reviews but this chair is amazing. I got the one with the foot rest. They offer afterpay as well. Honestly was stuck deciding on gaming chairs as most chairs had mixed reviews, especially the secretlabs chairs, everyone said the reviews are all paid for, and the seat is rock solid (in a very bad way) So I decided to try ZQRacing, never looking back. Best chair ever. Comfy and ergonomic. Pro tip: Google for coupon codes before buying!

Sep 04,2019Should have known better. I ordered one of thier top line chairs and i got a mess instead. The chair itself was defective in about 7 different ways, the biggest of which was the back which wouldn't properly align with the base. The end result was a chair with a back that was turned around 5° the wrong way and would rotate your upper body when sat in. Not what you expect from a $600+ ergonomic chair. The rest of the issues were things like the seat being tilted, arm rests not the same distance apart, the middle stiching was curved like a bow, shoulder wings and other components wildly different in their dimensions/sizes and angles. Then to top it off either from the tilt or god knows what it had a dicky wheel like a shopping trolley (made horrible noises and spun willy nilly). Cue my interactions with customer support who responded quickly but with poor english. Asking for pictures and when provided tried to rationale it all away as "its hand made, within acceptable deviations, not everything will be identical" and other lies, even ignored my video of the wheel in action. They tried to let me return it as a "change of mind " but admitted it was faulty in the process and forced me to pay upfront for thier return shipping with tnt who gave me the run around when they came to pick up the package and then told me they didn't have room in thier delivery truck. Am yet to receive a full refund + return cost (will give them a grace period for return shipping time), if not received then I will open dispute with bank/paypal and lodge accc complaint for trying to dissaude me of legal right for refund under major defect laws. *Edit after ZQracing reply. Funny how none of this was mentioned during customer support. All you needed to do was say "okay then we are going to process a return for you, once we confirm the defect on our end we will give you a refund. If no defect is found you could be charged up to X amount etc etc" Instead I got the your eligible for a change of mind refund (which you can slug a restocking fee for) and an atrociously worded email telling a "discounted return option for $25 was included" that i secretly had to pay for (read NOT included). Side note this is in fact a breach of the Australian consumer law which reads as follows "when a product is too large, too heavy or too difficult to remove, the business is responsible for paying the shipping costs or collecting the product". An enormous 30kg box fits this description. But you argued with me AGAIN and basically told me to pay or else. I would also add telling a customer they are eligible for a change of mind return(which has a stocking fee) instead of a FULL refund after they have expressed their right to return faulty goods(especially when you haven't confirmed the quality of the goods), is also a breach of Australian law. It is as misleading as a no refund sign hung in a store, regardless of your protocol, intent or the peculiarities of how its processed in your computer system, its still misleading and thus not allowed. Thanks for your reply, you have convinced me to make an accc complaint regardless of this outcome because im sick of have to fight to be treated fairly.
